New to Civ 6, what's a good game to learn on?

Hey everyone! I played this game with some roommates a few years back and saw it on sale for $7 so I indulged myself.
I got all the dlc too, and there's so so much content... what would be a good custom solo game to learn on?
What leader should I chose? What map type? What difficulty? How many civs should I play against? What game speed?
Any ideas like that for a custom game to learn the most in a first game would be appreciated :)
