New to PC, long time console player

As title suggests, I am new to PC and struggling with the hot keys and how to play the game efficiently and without using the mouse for every action. Any tips or recommendations?
CIV5 at least shows what key to press if you hover over the action, but CIV6 doesn’t and I am lost.
