Credit card issue

This is what happened my credit card has been blocked a month ago and I been trying to report it as lost.. I already call customer service and they keep telling me that I’m gonna receive a letter from the bank and I been received a few of them but no one have the reference number ! And I don’t know what other information they need to verify my ACC is very frustrating this situation! Can someone help me out?
