First day on reduced dose equals huge orgasms?

Yesterday my wife started reducing her dose from 40 to 35. Yesterday evening she had some slight brain zaps behind her eyes which she said were annoying but manageable. One other (positive) side effect seems to have been her sensitivity during sex. I haven’t seen her orgasm that hard in a LONG time. She said that she felt things that she never felt before or had forgotten what it felt like. Is it possible that the reduced dose is affecting her that quickly?
