I have been on 10mg of citalopram for about 2ish years, I cut them in half and take 5 at night and 5 in the morning, from 5/13-5/17 l missed half the dose, on 5/17 I took the full 10 again and was afraid l'd have side effects from being only on half for a week. So l stopped again all last week and my anxiety has been so bad I'm considering just taking 5mg and working my way up to 10mg again this week. Will I have side effects again from being off of it for not that long or will I be okay since i technically have been taking it for years?
