Feeling super tired today

Hello! I’ve been taking Celexa for about 1.5 months now. I ran out of dosage so I didn’t take them for 5 days. I started taking them again a week ago and felt fine but today I feel super exhausted. I’ve been feeling this way the entire day. Sometimes I felt like not fully focused too.
Do you think the anti depressant is the culprit?
