Taking test again on 11/7/17

So my first try I failed with a 656. I was very upset with myself for failing especially since I have read the material. Any tips on getting a better score? This is what I did for my first attempt:

Read the 11th hour
Read the official Sybex book and took all their practice exams getting in the 80-90 range
listened to Simple CISSP 2 times

This time around I am adding in Kellys Cybrary videos since I have seen a lot of people saying that it helped. I really have no desire to fail this again especially since they increased the test to 699. Any help would be awesome.
