… Gentlemen, before going through with the surgery tomorrow, I want to thank each and every one of you for participating in this subreddit. Reading your posts and comments have helped to prepare me for the big day, but also to clear my mind and alleviate my fears.

I (M33) was diagnosed with a minor hypospadias distal and a one and a half centimeter penile stricture at the tip of my penis. This issue caused a kidney infection in me two years ago and three urinary tract infections since then. Most urologist I went to said I should leave my issues alone because “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”… until it actually becomes a larger issue.

I decided against it and met with Steven Brandes in New York. I wanted to get this resolved rather than disregarding it. The pain from a kidney infection… that’s something I never want to experience again.

I will try and post before and after pictures of the procedure. Furthermore, I will try and write about my experience. Hopefully, my story will help another.
