I used to have phimosis and through stretching have cured it. However over the years my foreskin occasionally would be dry and crack, creating small cuts. When younger I didn’t pay enough attention to them and in some cases would continue masturbating when they appeared which made things worse. So I now I have scar tissue, and occasionally (if the foreskin is inflamed due to increased sexual activity perhaps) it gets red, a bit tighter and the cuts can appear again. It might be recurring balanitis that is causing this, but my foreskin is still not as loose as it should be so that might be causing it. If I get circumcised I want the most minimal type that would keep as much sensitivity as possible, which would this be?
