WTF is with RED going after everyone that uses Cinema DNG? Apparently there are a lot of NDA's attached to this action so nobody mentions RED directly.

This seems like its meant to do nothing but stifle competition. If it was just a matter of accidental intellectual property infringement, you would simply highlight the infringing part and have the other party modify their code. But that isn't what is happening there is a lot of cloak and dagger while everybody rushes away from Cinema DNG. Software patents are pure bullshit.
