Pepper & Egg Sandwiches in Cincy?

When I lived in Chicago, pepper & egg sandwiches were a Friday Lenten tradition. It's basically sauteed green peppers and, sometimes, onions, with scrambled eggs served on a hoagie roll like they use for italian beef sandwiches. I haven't found anyone here serving them. Anyone know of a pepper & egg sandwich?
