We are recently empty nesters and plan to sell our house and rent for a year or 2 before we buy or build another house. We are hoping to find an apartment that would be a good fit for folks our age, ideally with great views and in easy walking distance to fountain square area. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
I live at 4th and race. There’s a mix of young and old (I’m 46), and rent is on the high side for a 2bd (~$2500 depending on the unit). There’s a great pool area that is pretty quiet for the most part. It does get a young, party crowd in the summer but not until after 4pm on nice weekends. Nice gym that doesn’t get too crowded or overrun. Parking in the building is a huge bonus. Walkable to lots of great areas: Smale, restaurants, stadiums, etc.
