EDIT: Apparently I need to read the listing more closely. 20 come in a box, but it only said 20 cigars, not a BOX of 20 like on some other offerings. Lesson learned. Thanks, all.

Bought a box for the first time from an online vendor. They were advertising bundles of 5 and boxes of 20. I opted for the full box because the price was great, but also because I wanted the whole box. It's the first time I've bought a full box of anything.

Got it today and it was 4 separate bundles of 5 cigars in the same shipping as samplers - sealed plastic bag with a Boveda pack.

Is it normal to not get a brand new, unopened box still in the shrink wrap when ordering online? Do they always break it up into bundles so they can add the Boveda pack to keep them fresh during shipping,, or does it depend on the vendor? If that's the case, I get it. I just wish I'd have known beforehand. If I'd have known it was going to be bundles of 5 no matter what, I'd have ordered that!
