This was my second cigar of the night, after a Charter Oak. I’d never even noticed it before and the clerk helping me hadn’t either (this is a very nice place with a great staff) so he asked for my review. This is an outstanding cigar! It’s very Nicaragua all over and has that dusty Nic flavor. Extremely similar to a 1964, almost scary similar. I’m bringing a 64 with me next time to have back to back tastings. But all the toasty roasty dark brown flavors I love in a cigar yet surprisingly light (could be due to this being #2) with that very identifiable Nicaragua backbone. Burn was crappy at points and needed touch ups but the draw was good.
