I'm a new cigar smoker, only joining the club this past October. I'm an information kind of guy, so when I found cigars I read everything I could, watched videos and read reviews. The Illusione Singulare Origen seems to get a lot of attention, so I've been trying to get some. My local B&M never had them until yesterday. I grabbed a couple. Unfortunately, this is one of the most boring cigars I've tried. Construction and burn are immaculate. It's very smooth, tastes like a cigar and not much else. Notes are mushrooms and black pepper...seriously. A bit more interesting in the final third, but not much. Maybe a good first cigar, but not at the price point. Going to have an Aganorsa Leaf Habano later to make up for this one.
