Turbo Cider Help
Post Body

I made a Turbo Cider for my first brew (hooch set-up, bread yeast, loose cap) and one of the kids must have tightened the cap yesterday because when I found it today, the bottle was a balloon. The bubbles had slowed down to a crawl (today is day 10) but when I released the pressure, bubbles started rolling real hard. Like… maybe harder than when fermentation started. Did I mess up? Is it vinegar?
