How big a deal is oxidizing Applejack?

I'm freezed distilling 10 gallons of cider into Applejack. I'm slightly concerned that my method will be introducing so much oxygen into the liquid that it may degrade the quality.
Thoughts on this?
Process:
Rack cider to 5 gallon bucket with lid.
Freeze in freezer.
Scoop out ice.
Use salad spinner as centrifuge to remove all alcohol from ice before discarding.
Pour jack back into bucket for further freezing.
Once completely ice free, bottle.
