Can i transfer already fermenting yeast to another cider?

I have two containers. The 1 gal carboy is fermenting with wild yeast. The 5 gal was given a campden tablet and WPL550. Unfortunately, the WPL550 was dead. Can i pour some of the cider with the wild yeast into the other cider to ferment it with the wild yeast as well?
