What to do now?
Post Body

I've done a 4 gallon batch, using BJs beand cider, 12oz of honey, and noddingham dry yeast. After about 8 or 9 days, its gone from bubbling every 15 seconds or so to practically not at all. I have a spigot on my bucket so I did a small taste test, and while ots really cloudy, it tastes okay and its bubbly. Should I start putting it in my bottles to do the second fermentation? Or should I get another plastic bucket to pit it in to clear, then bottle?
