Anyone else use TaxACT? They give you the option to apply for a SERVE card before submitting your return. mine was originally shut down during the "2.5 shut-down" event. But what the heck, I'll give it a shot anyway;
"Unfortunately we cannot approve you for an American Express Serve® Account right now. Thank you for your interest in American Express Serve."
sigh. Thanks TaxACT, even though i expected to get rejected it was was worth the rush feeling you gave me for 30 seconds while you were processing.
