I've been searching high and low and found some older blogs posts but nothing recently. I wanted to be able to find a way to pay my rent every month while getting cash back on my credit card. My rental company doesn't allow credit cards....

I've got a Chase Freedom Sallie Mae World Mastercard Capital One Quicksilver

I went to the local grocery store tonight as I knew they sold prepaid visa and mastercard gift cards. I found a sign indicating they can only be purchased with cash or debit. The other gift cards for restaurants and Shell and BP all allow you to buy the gift card with a credit card.

Right now Chase Freedom has 5% cashback on grocery purchases, plus I'll get $100 cash back for spending $500 in the first 3 months.

Does anyone know of any merchants (grocers) that still allow credit cards to purchase gift cards?
