Hi, i had my first dose of Pfizer 5 days ago, today i went to Emergency concered about left sided chest tightness and small and random little palpatations. Im wondering if anyone else has simular experiences and what the prognosis was? My bloods and Electrocardiogram showed no issue and i was sent home.
