This feels weird even asking but I guess these kinds of conversations happen when you get older…

So I ejaculated one night and the next morning was when I first got this severe pain. Diagnosed with epididymitis.

Now, pain’s going down and the libido’s back a bit. Would it be best to masturbate or just leave things alone for now?

I’m planning to be with someone in the next week or two, if the swelling is gone (it’s not a pretty sight). I’ve heard of blood in the semen and do not want to be surprised with that.
