27m here with some concern. I have a mass on my bottom right testicle which I THINK is the tail of my epididymis. I say this because I have one in the exact same spot on the left testicle as well. The right one swells up when I’ve been sitting or when I have been physically active. It also feels like there’s a vein the swells up ON the testicle leading to the mass at the bottom. When I’m laying down this goes away mostly. The mass is still there when laying down but it is no longer hard and feels the same as the left just slightly irritated.

I have an appointment with my GP on 9/22 for a screening for TC as well as to check what I could be.

I have tight hip flexors from sitting 9 hours a day which I’ve seen some posts saying pressure can cause it but I could really use some opinions between now and my appointment on 9/22. Thank you all for your time and consideration.
