Went for my ultrasound today they found a cyst. I’m wondering if this is what’s causing the pain and I don’t actually have epididymitis. Can someone give me some answers

I went today for my ultrasound, and they found a cyst on the left side of my testicle. My provider has not had time yet to view the results and go over with me the next steps, but so much is going through my mind. What normally happens if you do have a cyst? What antibiotics help?
