I need a small and lightweight Chromebook, ideally one of those like plastic-ey lnes...what is my absolute cheapest option for one in new condition?

I already have a really nice Windows laptop that my dad is nice enough to pay for even though he doesn't have a lot of money either...
But recently, I've been wanting to write more and I'd like to be able to do that in places other than my room.
I want a Chromebook that can just be tossed into a tote bag on my way out the door that would be good for using Google Docs and browsing the web while on the go around town.
