Why Won't My Gmail Load In Chrome

Hey Everyone!
When I try to access my Gmail in Chrome, the browser is unable to access the site - wheel in the tab keeps spinning. I am, however, able to access it if I open an Incognito tab which I find odd.
I've cleared my cache and cookies several times but I'm not sure what's going on. Any ideas?
