[help] Chrome has become extremely slow even after cleaning the browser..

Like I mentioned, I've deleted all my extensions, cleared all my history and tried just about everything I can think of to restore the speed in my browser and yet it still takes me a while to load up any web page.
Is there anything I'm missing out on that can resolve this issue?
