Chrome crashing after opening windows

After opening 2 windows of different accounts, Chrome crashes and gives me error like "unkown hard error" . Is it because one of the google accounts memory is close to being full? The issue has been happening for couple of months but seriously picked up in the last 2 weeks. Chrome crashes every 1 hour depending on the usage ofc. Chrome crashes after around 77% usage in the memory. Switched to firefox as well but the same issue happens there. Please give me couple of solutions
