Images Corrupt on Chrome

Hey everyone! Any idea what could be causing all the photos on the chrome browser to do this? It’s about 95% of all photos, yet when I go to YouTube and play a video, the video plays just fine. Safari and other browsers are fine, but I prefer to use Chrome. I am on a Mac. Appreciate the help!
