I keep about 100 tabs open on my laptop and about another 100 tabs open on my cell. It just clicked with me how ideal it will be to just have all of those tabs auto sync with Google. This way, they are all saved and accessible from anywhere, even if/when my laptop/cell is lost/stolen/damaged/sold/upgraded.
It seems my laptop is syncing my Google Chrome tabs just fine. I just wish it would sync more often. It currently says it synced the tabs 1 day ago.
Unfortunately, my Android (Galaxy S10 ) is not. Last night it seemed to sync only 20 tabs.
Here is the weird part. When I look at the information through Google Dashboard, it says that I have 233 tabs synced. This would seem to mean that all of my tabs from both spots were successful. However, when I go under "history" and then "tabs from other devices", it shows only a few tabs from my phone. Last night was 20. I then tried to stop syncing and then sync my phone again, and now it shows only 4 from my phone; the 4 tabs I actually clicked on, on my phone. Do I really need to click on all 120 or so tabs individually on my phone for each to sync??? Again, it seems they are synced somewhere on my Google account?
Lastly, once I can see all tabs from both devices synced onto my Google account, is there a way to have my laptop and my phone just share the exact same tabs and if I change a tab in one spot, it affects the other device as well? I think I would prefer this to managing two separate synced tab lists.
Thank you in advance to anyone to can assist in any of these above issues and/or questions!
