Hello All,

I have a user who connects to her work PC using RDP. She works from home and this is how she accesses work documents and such. When she prints, she prints to her home printer using redirection provided by RDP (no extra software). When she prints from chrome on her work computer, chrome has a long list of printers that are the actually all the same printer. I think chrome is getting confused by the printer redirection and it is making new printers every time she prints. When we log out her work computer and log back in, the printers are all gone and the real printer remains. Is there a way to stop chrome from creating so many copies of the same printer? This only happens in chrome.
