I just finished putting together a 03 Dyna It was a basket case when I got it, but much better now. It’s the factory TC88 & 5 speed. It had a defective security/blinker module when I got it, so I bypassed that. It runs and rides great, except when I get to about 75mph. It will just fall on its face. It pulls off the line and accelerates up to speed, but once I hit about 75, I can be wide open throttle and it won’t have the power to pass anyone. The other day I even tried a hard pull, reaching 75 in 4th. As soon as I shifted into 5th, it stopped accelerating.

I’ve determined it’s not the clutch because the RPMs don’t jump up. It has 120-121psi on a compression check of the cylinders.

I’m suspecting it is possibly the VOES but I’m not sure what basic troubleshooting I can do for it.
