Why are there no options for FLH hardtail kits?

Sportster, FXR & Softails have many kit options from different companies, but I’ve only found Krispy for big twins but it costs 4x as much as any other hardtail. TC Bros has a universal hardtail, but it’s designed for metric; I don’t think it will fit well
