Anyway, can you fine people help me remember what game I'm thinking about?

I remember that played as some sort of outcast who wanted to become the monarch. What really stood out to me and what mechanic I'm thinking about right now was this war-marching thing.

Basically, at the end of the game, you became the big OG and your goal was to assemble an army and march through the country and to the capital to take it over. You took over the cities on your way and there was this annoying "supply chain" function which basically meant you had to keep your army well-fed and the amount of food went down with each move.

Do you have any idea what I'm talking about? Thanks for your help.
