I’m looking for a puppy in Oklahoma, Texas or Kansas, or Florida (I have a reason to go so I’d go there) I don’t have the money right now but I wanted to get some names of reputable breeders.

I look at Pet Finder but never come across any so why not ask people who already have them?

We met a dog yesterday that was not a chiweeny, had to be Jack Russell. She was super cute but Caramel was not interested & I don’t want to bring a dog home that she won’t accept.

I don’t want to buy but adopting is hard. So if you know someone with litters coming up (the mom of the dog I met last night is pregnant & due in three weeks but I just had a bad feeling about the foster. I wanted to meet at a dog park so I could see how they’d interact. We met at PetSmart & used their corral but I feel like Cara was distracted by all the smells, she had never been in there)

I think we’d do better with a puppy that would grow up with Cara as a model. I don’t know how much that matters, but she is very mellow, not barky or jumpy.
