Training my chiwneeie with selective hearing

hello! like the title says; recently adopted a 3-year-old chiweenie who has selective hearing. I don't mind her playing outside etc etc but I really do need to come when called for emergency purposes. Does anybody have any tips?
She isn't very food motivated with has been the trickiest part of all of this !
