Are K25 worth the effort, though easier to create in RAM?

Are K25 viable?
Due to NVME not being accessible for me (or wanting to destroy the ones I have) and the plot size being small, k25 is 600MiB requiring about 3GiB for breathing room.
I have 3 Macs and have set up RAM disks of 3GiB for all of them running Mad max
- 2020 Mac M1 - 38-40 sec
- 2018 Mac i7 - 47-55 sec
- 2012 Mac i5 - 92 sec
At current speeds I can get about 2.9TB a day done.
Planing on filling up 55TB I have available.
