What's better for beginner ESL teachers? Public schools, private schools, or training centers?

Post Body

I'm starting my first ESL job in a month or so, but haven't decided which of the many offers to take, and other than a general aversion to training centers, I don't know what to look for, what salaries to expect, and what types of schools are preferable. I'm not really in it for the money so I don't mind the lower paying salaries of public schools, but are they are less stressful than the higher paying private schools? 14K to work in a Shenzhen public school seems quite small, but if the job is comfortable that could be worth it.

What pay ranges should I expect for each type of school as a 120 hour TEFL beginner? Most of the offers I've received have been for tier 2 or 3 cities and only the training centers have gone past 18K.
