Jetpack cheat code (Confirmed?)

I was just reading an article on IGN that new cell phone cheats had been added to next gen version, similar to GTA IV. The very first cheat that it mentions is for a Jet Pack. The code they say works is - "1-999-462-363-4279". Here's the link for proof.
I'm currently away at my parents with no access to the game. Could someone test this out and see if its true?
(Note: This will not solve the Chilliad Mystery, so keep hunting!)
EDIT: I know this is IGN we are talking about, probably not the most reliable source. But found it interesting anyhow.
