When to harvest?

When to harvest?

Hey guys, we have grown some plants and they have some really nice "fruits". But we don't know when to harvest them...

The plants we have are "Large Red Cherry", "Lemon Drop" and "Aji Charapita".

Do we have to wait until they fall off like apples or do we have to actively harvest them like grapes? And what's the best time for that? When they reached their color (red/yellow) through and through or should we wait longer after that? And how much of the stem should we leave on the plant?
