Are older USD banknotes accepted in exchange offices?

Hi,
I will be travelling to Chile (from Belgium) and I have a couple of 100 USD notes which I received as a gift from my late grandparents.
The oldest series is from1996, and the most recent is 2006. Would exchange offices in Santiago accept any of these? (These are legal tender in the US, but some countries refuse older notes.)
