Anyone else who got the BTI CD not get the fancy fold out one?

I pre-ordered the Because the Internet CD the other week after seeing Donald's instagram showing the packaging off, and it came today but it's just a normal jewel case cd:

(I'm in the UK if that makes any difference, like if say his record label only printed the fold out ones for America, then let the rest of the world have boring ones)

EDIT: it seems after checking on amazon, there's a "deluxe edition" version which I swear was not on there when I pre-ordered, guessing that's the fancier version :(
