Question regarding bisalp

I still want to get my surgery, I'm 36F. I have health insurance from my job, blue cross blue shield of Arizona. I haven't seen a gyno in a few years due to money struggles but that's another story.
How long were you ladies out of work for the bisalp? I can't afford to be out of work for long and my boyfriend lost his job but he's looking for work. I'm not sure if that'll be covered 100% by my insurance it should but I don't want a surprise bill in the mail.
