I've (26f) had a hormonal IUD for 7 years now (on my second one) but still worry about pregnancy. I keep having dreams that my IUD fails and I always wake up in cold sweats and I'm getting sick of it. I'd like to start looking into sterilization. But I have no idea what each of the options are and what the pros and cons of each are. My biggest things are that I don't want a period ever again and I don't want to lose my libido. Does sterilization even cause a lower libido? I honestly know nothing about it and would appreciate any information you have!
