I’ve always really liked anime to be honest. From my earliest memories of seeing some posters of late 90s and early 2000s anime at a store in California (I vaguely remember it tbh), to right now at the age of 22 that I even find myself enjoying some obscure ones I find from time to time.
In my opinion, compared to other media, I feel that anime often times has this way of writing some really inspiring stories with memorable characters (with some really appealing designs might I add). They have this way of making people express laughter, sadness, happiness, and overall just inspire us to do certain things.
And for reasons such as those I listed, I think an anime that delved into the topic of being childfree would make for a very great story if I’m being honest. Whether it be a major theme throughout, the focus of one or a few episodes, or even playing a role in one or more characters. I don’t know. I’d just really like to see an anime touch on that.
For all I know there probably are already anime that have done this and I’m just not aware of them haha. My opinion on this still remains the same though.
Anyway, what are your thoughts on this?
