I flew to my parents for the holidays and left today to come back home. I’m at the airport and we had a huge delay due to weather. Parents had a 2 year old and another dad had a 5 year old. These two were playing with the toys they had: cars and airplanes. They stayed right in front of their parents seats out of the way of other people. They never screamed or yelled. The five year old got a little out of hand flying his plane and dad gave him “the look”. Kid calmed down immediately. I had to let these parents know that that I thought they were doing an amazing job and the kids were exceptionally well behaved and mannered for being the young and I was super impressed. Today, I’ve learned for all the mombies and dadicts out there, there are some amazing parents.
