I'm going for a routine pap on the 14th, and I plan on bringing up the idea of permanent birth control. I'm open to her ideas on the matter (she is the one who encouraged me to have the Depo shot, but that REALLY didn't work out), but do have a leaning towards a Salpingectomy due to the overall benefits of it. I'm compiling a list of reasons I want this, with multiple medical reasons topping the list.
I've read through the wiki, but is there anything I should have in hand when I go in? Any advice /r/childfree?
