I work as a cashier at a high end grocery store. I already have to put up with a lot of entitled asses, many of them parents. And now I'm taking two weeks off and I don't have to deal with any more of their shit or their kids! I have a completely C.F. staycation planned and I couldn't be more excited! I'm most of the way through my shift right now and I have a pounding headache from all the screaming brats. But despite the pain behind my eyes I feel oddly peaceful. The idea that I don't have to talk to any of these little shits for 2 weeks makes me... so... happy! No putting up with screams of "Noooo I wanna push the button!" No parents trying to ditch their kids with me. No nudging them out of my way so I can do my damn job. None of it! Fuck yeah!
