My buddy works in a small office building where each business gets one designated parking spot against the building per office they have. It's a small building so its maybe 4 or 5 different companies, and the regular lot is right there with 30-35 spaces, not far or big at all.

So recently he noticed a car has started parking in his spot which clearly has a placard with his company name on it. He has left notes on the car and she continues to do it every day. He came to find out it was a pregnant lady in the office across from his. Now he doesn't know what to do because he feels like a dick pursuing it when he is a healthy 29 year old male. The thing is her office has a designated spot so why doesn't she ask her coworkers to leave that spot open. Instead she continually takes a spot that is marked for someone else, even after she received notes asking her not to, just because she "deserves" it. Now there's nothing he can do because he looks like some sort of monster if he forces her out of his own clearly marked parking spot.
